The elevator was out of service during my stay.

The first floor apartments showed major signs of neglect, the bathroom needed repairs, the lock was held together by tape, and noise from nearby pubs made for restless nights. The lack of a kettle in a supposed family room felt like an oversight, especially since the carpet was dirty and needed attention. Breakfast wasn’t impressive at all—very limited options that left many hungry.

Positive, I enjoyed my stay in the Beautiful Suite with Sea View. The location made it easy to explore nearby shops and attractions. Breakfast featured a nice selection of breads, meats, cheese, and fruits. Their coffee was a highlight. Just a heads up, the elevator is a bit small.

The room I stayed in was comfortable and offered a nice view of the city. Unfortunately, there were odors coming from the bathroom that impacted my experience. I also experienced issues with the hot water supply during my stay, which was inconvenient. The breakfast area was often overcrowded, making it challenging to enjoy the meal.

We loved the beautiful room and the large shower. The breakfast was a delightful start to our day, especially while enjoying views of the city. Exploring nearby attractions like the iconic Belém Tower with my cousins was a highlight of our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if there were more family-friendly dining options available.

Comfy stay in a prime spot

The location was awesome for exploring. Had a nice, cozy bed that felt really comfy. The view from the balcony was great, but honestly, it was a bit scary being so high up and windy! Also, having a fridge was cool, though we didn’t use it much. Wish the bathroom was a bit bigger, though.

The location conveniently allowed for easy access to local attractions. Enjoying breakfast with a picturesque view was a highlight, featuring delightful local flavors that made mornings enjoyable. However, the room was rather small, and the water pressure in the shower could use some improvement. There were also some inconveniences with the elevator being out of order during my stay, which made navigating the building less pleasant. Nighttime noise from the road occasionally disrupted sleep.

I had an awesome time staying here with my friends. The location was spot on, making it easy to explore the local sights like the stunning Belém Tower and the vibrant Alfama district. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were always cleaned, which made our stay comfy. And don't miss the breakfast with a beautiful view!

One downside was that my friend had a bit of trouble with the bathroom size. it felt cramped for their comfort. Sticking to short stays might be ideal!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pensao Londres. The location was absolutely perfect, close to numerous attractions and the metro station. The staff were warm and accommodating, always ready to assist and ensure my comfort throughout my visit.

The breakfast could use more variety.

The spacious room was delightful, but it needed more hangers and a kettle. Breakfast was good, but I missed having a toaster for my croissants!
